Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period unless legally required to retain it.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reputini and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your business data and customer information. You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Service.
AI-generated responses and content created through our Service may be used by you for your business purposes. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content based on your inputs.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service sends transactional and review-request text messages (via Twilio) to the customers of businesses that use Reputini. By providing a mobile number to a business that uses the Service, or by enabling messaging as a business customer, you agree to receive these account, service, and review text messages.
Businesses using the Service are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the consent required under applicable law (including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, "CASL") before sending messages to their customers, and for honoring opt-out requests. Our messaging program is registered and vetted under the A2P 10DLC standard. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle messaging data.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
AI-generated content is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, you should review all AI-generated content before publication.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms or their availability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPUTINI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reputini from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where local consumer-protection law (including in Canada) grants you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Wyoming, USA, except for claims of intellectual property infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
